1. Timer Camera: The camera icon/button on the timer gives your staff the option of taking a screenshot of the athenaNet screen. Taking a screenshot is completely optional. Automatic screenshots will no longer be taken. 
    
2. “Done” Button Renamed: The “Done” button on the timer has been renamed to “Stop.” The button stops the clock, records the time as Complete, and closes the timer. 
    
3. Timer Popup Delay: This optional setting is available in the Timer Activities section of the Practice Management Settings tool. Practice administrators can, by Role, set the amount of time DH-CCM waits before popping up the timer. The delay only affects when the timer pops up. No time is lost since the clock starts immediately. Navigating to a different patient before the timer pops up will automatically record the time as Cancelled.
    
4. Clone Activities List: In the Timer Activities section of the Practice Management Settings tool, the practice administrator can clone/copy the list of activities from one role to another. 
              
5. Timer Popup by Department: A new section was added to the Practice Management Settings tool. Practice administrators can identify which departments’ scheduled appointments should be ignored when DH-CCM determines whether or not the timer should popup. 
    
6. Care Plan: Two fields have been added to the Medication List section of the Care Plan: 1) Dose Adherence Comments, and 2) Drug Interactions.  
    
7. DH-CCM Notifications: The Notifications report includes the following sections:
• Missing Descriptions
• Patient Enrollment Mismatch
• Incomplete Care Plan
• CCM Revoked Patients
• Patients With No Billable Provider
• Patients With Less Than Two Chronic Conditions 
   
8. Tasking Tool: Two new related tools were added. The first tool allows practice administrators to assign tasks to staff members who are responsible for patient outreach. The second tool is for the staff members to view their assigned tasks. These tools are used at Dulcian Health to support our Hybrid Outsourcing services, however, if you’re interested in using these tasking tools, please email your request to [email protected]. There are no additional fees for using the Tasking Tool.
