To install the Dulcian Health for athenaClinicals® add-on Chrome Extension: 
 

1. Log out of athena
2. Go to https://apps.dulcianhealth.com/chroniccare/download.html
3. Click the "Download for Chrome" button
4. Click the "Add to Chrome" button
5. Click the "Add extension" button
6. In the upper right corner of your Chrome screen, you should see the Dulcian Health (purple and green) icon. If icon is hidden, click the Puzzle Piece icon and then click the push pin icon next to "Dulcian Health's CCM Solution..." 
7. Wait 2 minutes and then log into athena
8. Installation complete
