CPT CODE 99439 REPLACES G2058

As you may know, G2058 was deprecated on January 1, 2021 and replaced with CPT Code 99439. To ensure a smooth transition, you need to add 99439 to your athena fee structure.

Once complete, please reply to this email and Dulcian Health's Chronic Care Management for athenaClinicals® will automatically re-drop your CCM claims with the new 99439 code.
